From the beginning Dawn was amazing. She took the time to get to know what we wanted, she explained every step in detail as we went through the process. Moving is a stressful time but an exciting time and she made this an amazing experience. We are so thankful that we had her and Phil working with us.

Dawn did a great job at helping my husband and myself sell our home. She answered all of our many questions as this was our first time selling a home. Dawn helped us select a perfect price and our home sold at the first showing! Would recommend her to others and will use her again!!

Dawn Muir helped my wife and me sell our old home which was too big for us and find our current home (which we plan on staying in for a long time). She was an advocate for negotiation in the sale of our home and was very helpful in finding our dream home. We looked at quite a few houses and Dawn was almost always available to show us homes. She did not hesitate to point out potential flaws in homes we were looking at. We feel she offers candid advice and genuinely wanted to help us find a home we would love! We found that home and are very happy with it today!
